Ain't a tractor but it does pull the trailer I haul the 8n on and pull the gooseneck for the kids hay burners.

I got a 92 F350 that needs 4 rear tires that will pass Va inspection. LT215/85/R16 or any thing close. Don't want to put $500 worth of new tires on it. Probably don't put over 1500 miles a year on it. (can't pay for the gas for that big 460)

Just wondering if ya'll might know of any used tire dealers that would ship to Va and not charge an arm and leg?

If the tread is worn, you could probably get them regrooved. Many 1 ton tires are regroovable. I have a quite a few 19.5 truck tires and have had them regrooved at $15.00 each from a local tire jockey.

Do you have any junk yards around you. They always have tires.

I just walked in to a local tire store 2 weeks ago an asked the man if he had any decent used 16 inch tires for a 3/4 ton truck. Got 4 225/70-16 Bridgestones load range E tires with 70% tread off of a church bus. Not real stylish but mounted an balanced tax an all set me back $80 these should last me bout 20,000 miles. Cheap eh?
He had prolly charged 4 or 5 bucks a tire "disposal fee" when he got em.

Doing what everybody suggest just can't find that matched set. I can find 1 or 2 but not 4.

Just gotta keep the eyes and ears open.
