i was wondering what YT members thought i could get for my flatbed trailer? it is a heavy duty commercial trailer (excellent condition) that was used to haul a bobcat. it has a 12,000lb max carring capacity, 3/16" steel diamond plate bed, pintle hitch, universal trailer light connection, electric brakes. i am getting ready sell but not sure what i should ask for it.

I don't know what the market is in your area but should bring at least $2500 of anybodys money , I paid $1200 for a cheap 16' utility trailer about 4 years ago 7000 lb rated with brakes on all 4 wheels ramps and rampracks .

$2500 also. If someone brings up these junk angle iron trailers selling new for $1750, that sorta seem like your trailer, let them know they have no brakes, or only on one axle, used tires with tubes, no safety chains, lights not l;egal in most states, and they are made with cheapo angle iron welded with a buzz box.

I'd start out asking about $2,500. If you want to move it quick, ask $1,500.

The only problem with that trailer it is not wide enuff for most tractors. I had to remont the springs, get rid of the fenders and add 8" to each side to haul my M. Nice ttrailer should bring between 2000-2500.
