Saw someone picking early this week around Nashville IL but a storm came through last week and it was almost flat. Have heard other stories about 54 bu. We have a customer that has started over in the Mississppi River bottom, their afraid of it going down. I think I heard them say it was around 26% moisture. O'ya 250 to 285 bu/acre. Almost hard to believe.

Haven't been to Arkansas or Missouri this year, but in past years I've seen them picking in the bootheal and down around Ft Smith this time of year.

It sure is dry here. I hae seen alot of folks shelling corn myself. My main concern now is my water supply for my livestock. What part of western KY are you from. I am in Crittenden County.

I believe I am going to have to start pumping and hauling if it don't rain by the weekend! Have a good day.
