I have a couple of questions. First, I was curious if my 450c is actually a 450c. The type states 4500A and the serial number is 234922T. I got it at a pretty good price and was told it was a 450c. It's a crawler loader and when I'm driving it sometimes the right track has no power going to it while moving forward but works in reverse. And, it's leaking fluid off the bottom rear and the fluid is milky. It stays milky even after it sits for awhile as I thought it had water in it. But, it doesn't seperate and remains milky. Any help for a dozer challenged guy would be greatly appreciated.

Under the seat cushion , are there 2 valve spools under the front edge of the fuel tank with linkage coming from the steer levers??If so, That's a C model with wet clutches..Change out that junk oil..My times really saturated milky oil won't seperate..You will have to drain everything and refill...Steering clutch housings , transmission case..Use hydraulic/transmission oil only..There is a spin on filter behind the grill and a suction screen in the bottom of the transmission case..
