Neighbors bottle rockets started my dry grass
on fire, Called Fire Dept, for the grass fire,
cops came too. He got a citation and a big fine,
and has hated me ever since.

We used to have to stay home over July 4th because one of my neighbors who has 10 times as much property as we do, deemed it necessary to shoot fireworks off in the street and they would land in my pasture and even close to the barn. Since its generally dry around here, I was always concerned he would set my place on fire.

Drove the horses crazy and its pretty unsettling to find bottle rockets next to the barn where you store hay.

It was a huge relief when he finally got over that and stopped shooting them off.

I asked my wife, "Where do you want to go for our anniversary?"

It warmed my heart to see her face melt in sweet appreciation.
"Somewhere I haven't been in a long time!" she said.

So I suggested, "How about the kitchen?"

....and that my friend is when the FIREWORKS started!
