Hydraulic Ports On C??

We got a C that we want to do some plowing and such with but it requires a hydraulic port to plug the line in. I think I've seen people put ports on C's before in pictures but havn't actually done it myself. Can someone explain what actually needs to be done. This C has been sitting for 9 years and were anxious to go out and do some plowing! Thanks! RC
