Shep, I would try pulling that puppy with another tractor or truck and get the motor spinning, I mean flat out spinning. We have an Allis C that had a problem starting.....we pulled it one time really fast and it started then. And we haven't had any problems since... But, spin that puppy over really really good for awhile and see what happens. Good luck and keep us posted.
