Thanks so much for the info,,with regards to the smoke,,,yes when starting cold,,it will puff out a white cloudy smoke,,also when it starts to die ..the same,,and when just about to die the same.when running and warm not too much smoke ,,unless it starts to die out then it will start to grey up in color pretty dense at times.
also when it starts to deteriate in rpm instead of the flap on the top of the muffler basically staying in the float postion off of the seated not running position,, it begins to pulsate at tap close and open at different intervals,,like one or more cylinders are missing, the flap will just tap, tap tap tap, tap tap, tap tap tap, tap tap, tap,,,,etc out of time.when it dies sometimes it just turns over and over,, heavy then somelight gray smoke, then nothing at all,,if I spray it with some ether it will start and run on the ether and die,,again, then again. Finally it will catch on its own fuel supply,,, Hmmmmm mmm Help
