The 600 and 700 series tractors are the same. The only difference is the 600 is a wide front and the 700 series is the narrow front. Plane the head down and put in bigger valves. Port the intake and head along with some bigger jetting on the carb.This will get you started untill you can bore it out to gain some cubes. Check the results from Wausen oh. in Nov. on the NATPA site and you'll see all the Fords did well in their classes.
