A dealer in Southern Ontario was asking $7600 for one not so long ago, maybe the one you are looking at is on the high side but by what? ...$500-1000? my opinion.. but I can tell you that dealers in Ontario are asking big bucks for some pretty old high hours tractors so if it suits you and the reputation of the tractor and the dealer are known to you it may look cheap two or three years from now.....Good luck, how's the hay in Iowa this year? I was through Iowa on I-94 in April..nice country just greening up from the winter. Your rest areas in Iowa are superb, clean and tidy ,a tribute to your state! Good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
