IH1086 and Bosch inline Fuel injection URGENT HELP NEEDED

I am participating in tractor puulling with an IH 1086.

The organisation wants to disqualify me as they say the Bosch inline fuel pump is not standard used on IH 1086s. I read a book IH harvester 1955-1986 from MBI publising which lists this equipment as used back in 1979.

Who can help me with a manual officially listing this pump used on the IH 1086??? Need proof for tractor pull org. very urgent!!!
