I am posting another message concerning IH loading shovels as i missed any previous corespondence. I am looking for information regarding IH loading shovels, web sites, photos, clubs or even individuals i can contact as i have become interested in a small loading shovel i have found. The current owner has been led to believe it is an IH (unfortunately the engine and gearbox was long gone before it came into his ownership). This particular example is no more than six feet tall and six feet long, two wheel drive (the driven front axle having larger wheels than the undriven rear axle). unfortunately little more info than a general description can be achieved as along with the engine and gearbox there are no identification plates.
