Need opinions on overhaul kits....

OK, the H needs a MAJOR overhaul, bearings don't look too good and ended up breaking a sleeve to get a piston out. I plan to have both the head and block hot tanked, magnafluxed, and pressure testedd. Anything else I should do to them? The big question is, who has the best deal on overhaul kits? I'm talking the ones like TISCO that have EVERYTHING! Valves, springs, sleeves, pistons, pins, bearings, gaskets, etc. I know I can get the TISCO kit for around $650 or so. Any other places to look? I'd love to hear your experiences with TISCO and others.
