FOLLOW UP QUESTION for Bob n Jim,,,,,,,Electrons are negatively charged particles right, soooooooo are those particles themselves always flowing from a lower to a higher charge state i.e. from - (like charges repel) to + (opposites attract) THAT RIGHT???? I always got a lil cornfused as far as electrostatic charge like a Van DeGraff Generator or static charge and charges stored on the opposite plates of a condensor versus the electron accumulation inside a lead acid storage battery, is this all the same thing or not????
