Red Turbo; That plate shouldn't hurt performance, but it might be a "talking point" to a buyer. Heck, I put a plate on an old F-30 Farmall back in the early fifties, and it's still running !! As long as the crank and journal are good she'll run good as ever.
Out here in Oregon, that tractor would bring a minimum of $1000.00 in fair to decent shape, running good.A lot depends on appearance, condition, and implements , if any.
