int. 3414

i am reposting this because i do not think that it went the first time. just got a int 3414 with a loader . ther are several levers that i am not sure what they are for. 1. there is a regular lever for the trans gears one through four plus reverse 2. high / low 3. a lever that seems to switch you from forward to reverse regaurdless of were the gear shift is. they all require the clutch to be depressed to make them work. any ideas? thanks Dave
