I changed one of my 140's over with a 10 SI. Turned it upside down and mounted the short Alternator mount to the front of the tractor's front generator mount (had to drill out from 1/4" to 3/8"). Used a 2 1/2" long 3/8" bolt. Pulley's lined right up. Had to make a special bracket to get the tighteneing brace to fit. Everything fit right in without modifying the shroud. Use the 3 wire set up with diode. Works great. Puts out up to 63 amps at 14.5 volts. Also went to electronic ignition and high output coil, both bought from this site. I'm pleased.
