Just how fast can ya run . If it only starts with EITHER SHE GO OR EITHER SHE BLOW then two things come to mind here (1) the injection pump is getting weak and posibly the injectors are not cracking correctly or (2) the compression is way down . No steering well the MCV pump may be shot or ya go other problems in the MCV as for the brakes i would say that they are toaste . The PTO is the valve stem is up then it will not shut off . If it still truns with it down then the clutch pack is toaste and the brake is shot. and for only 3750 buck if ya add another 10 grad to that ya may have a tractor.
