If you have a tandem disc you can do a little leveling with it without totally destroying the current grasses. Usually in a tandem, the front set throws the soil inward and the rear throws it back out. Or vice versa. Doesn't make any difference. Set the fore and aft tilt so that the disc that is throwing the soil out is LOW and the discs that bring it back in are higher and also at less of an angle. Then disc down the center of the ridges, and it will toss the soil out and reduce the ridge. Gordo
