If you are going for bright lights, I would make the switch to an alternator. Our 806 was a 12 volt system with generator (2 6v batteries) and the lights on that were always kinda dim. In My Humble Opinion generators are for restoration or daytime work. Alternators are the best for daily use and/or bright lights. Steven
