Carburator ? M ?

Hi! I bought a Carburetor at an auction. Guy had alot of Farmall stuff. They said it was for a M but it's not. It looks like a M carb but has another set of bolt ears on the bottom (similiar to where it bolts to manifold but little smaller). Has more jets to. It still has the ears for the govenor to bolt on to too. Number casted into it is 9049-D. The number on a brass tag on it are 59927D. Can anyone tell me what this carb is for? I've checked into Regulars, F series, I have no clue. Thanks for any help! Don
