This has to be a C113. First, the good news. If you don't know how to do it, make friends with a good welder, or at least find a decent welding or machine shop. Have them use nickel rods to fill in the cracks. If they're not really bad, and I mean like less than a 1/4 inch, you can probably get away with JB weld. The good thing about most of these old farmall engines is that they're sleeved and the sleeves take the compression-not the block.
Things aren't as bad as they seem my friend-I have a JD4040(I know, I'm a traitor, yada yada yada) with a crack down one side of the block. My brother-in-law welded it up for me nice and tight.
