As always Bob a great bunch of photos. I think if one were to put all those walking plows to work today at a show there would be a lot of sore hips, arms and shoulders. Was at a show last year in Nova Scotia. Young fellow had his families old IH steel thresher, I think same as the one in photo. He was telling me his uncle George bound some grain in 1967 and belted thresher up to at time new 656D, sheaves were short and in excellent condition. They were able to pull up two wagons, one on each side and 4 men pitching sheaves in.
