My Dad's Farmall A has a cracked block. I have the option to buy a block for $200 that is out of what's left of an old Farmall. The person selling it claims it is a "C", but I really can't tell. Will this engine block work with all the other parts that come out of the A, including head, crank, rods, oil pan ... I think it will, but looking for some re-assurnace and is the price ok? I've been told different displacements existed and also some blocks have a hole on the side for hydraulics. Could this be something else, such as a Super C and the parts won't work? Thanks in advance. Erik
