three or four spokes

I have a 400 diesel not sure of year and it has a four spoke steering wheel. All of the other 400s I have seen have a three spoke wheel, but they have all been gassers. Also was a tachometer availabe on the diesel? How much is it going to cost me to find power steering, fast hitch, and fix the TA. It works some of the time but not all of the time. Maybe rollers, and ramp need replaced maybe more. Thanks for all of your input.
P.S. We have all cases except for the 400 and an 880 Oliver and we are begginng to like farmall.
