Kinda depends on the tubes used TP. They make radial tire rated tubes that allow for more stretch and flexing.... if You bought Firestone tubes they were probably OEM Radial rated and You'll be fine. We used to do a lot of tubing at FARMALL....Mostly 18.4 X 38's, and a few 20.8X38's. 15.5 & 18.4 X 34 were tubeless tires. And We always bought Firestone tubes.... even used them in BFG & GY tires.
