Super M Carb Problem

The carb on my Super M is dumping fuel into the bottom of the air cleaner pipe. It appears to be leaking from the main discharge jet into the air intake. The carb has been professionally rebuilt TWICE... Daytona Products and Denny's have both completely overhauled it. Just picked it up Friday from Denny's and I'm having the same problem as before. They told me to send it back and they would look at it for $50.00 and hr and a $25.00 inspection fee + shipping. Good scam huh?
