606 Hydrualics

My friend's 606 does not have any 2 way hydrualics.When either lever is pulled back the hi lift or remote cylinder will extract but when lever is pushed forward, nothing.Hi lift will go down but no down preasure and remotes will not return.
The hydrualics work very smooth.When nothing is attached and the levers are pulled back the tractor labors a little like it should but no noise can be heard when pushed forward.
Is there a valve on this tractor to get cylinders to double act?
