Al: Just a short while back here on this discussion forum we discovered a 1947 Farmall A with factory hydraulics. I don't have the particulars, but at the time we checked out casting codes, tractor and engine serial numbers. It was indeed an A and one of the last built, and did have the factory hydraulics. Years ago when these tractors were new, my uncle had one with hydraulics. His son tells me it would have been about a 46-47 and was indeed an A. He later traded it for a Super A. One item clear about IH is they were never consistant.
