Your tractor is definitely hurting if you can only pull those plows in 1st gear. I have a 300U that I pulled 2-14 trailer plows with and didn't hardly warm the tractor up. I would look at a couple of things before tearing the tractor apart. On the oil presure what kind of oil are you using. I don't know if the multweight oils will do what you describe. Worn bearings will cause low oil pressure when they warm up. I would check the engine compression. I don't know what it should be but I'm thinking a good cylinder should be over 100 psi. If the compression is good maybe the tractor needs a valve job. Does the tractor smoke when its running - smoking could be worn rings which should also mean lower compression. Is the tractor tuned up OK. Mine loses power when the points are bad. Running a little hotter spark plug helps with todays gas. If you start checking some things and ruling them out maybe we can give you some more ideas.
