Try it again! Yes I have the one bolt inside the case out. The PTO splined shaft I think is free but something else has to be holding the main shaft of the tranny from coming out of the T/A case. Which makes me think I have to disconnect something in the tranny or in the clutch-T/A unit. ???? Tnx for the comments!
