Don't label them all - they aren't all like that. I have several friends in their 40's and 50's that started with nothing and now live in $250k houses - nicest guys I've ever met. Most of them would give me the shirt off their back if it would help me get through a tough time. There are jerks out there, but not all of them are that way...

I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
