How do you know FOR SURE they arranged it? Did they admit to it? Sounds like there is some doubt since you can't prove it. You can't just point fingers and whine around about it. I don't mean to put it like that, but that isn't going to bring the tractor back. If you suspect somebody, that is fine. Is what you need to do is get them to admit to it, first and foremost. If they are guilty, your best bet on getting tractor back, is to find out what that person knows. They know something. They aren't going to tell you Didly Squat unless you get them to admit to it. Then they will tell you the trueth unless they are covering for the next guy in the chain, but if they admit to it, you got em. Follow that chain and you will find the tractor. Your neighbor saw an unknown party and vehicle take the tractor. You may be able to stretch their story as to what all they saw to get who you suspect to admit they arranged it. Just a suggestion, if you don't have any other ideas. I just think, that this way is your best bet. Even if somebody finds it on here, you still have the burden of proving it to be yours, which all kind of leads back to proving the person that arranged to have it taken actually did.

Today's Featured Article - A Towny Goes Plowing - by Anthony West (UK). I live in an area renowned for its rural beauty. Small fields with hedgerows and trees are common place, as are small hamlets with village greens and the odd duck pond complete with swans. The center of any village once the shop is closed is the old tavern. Rustic places with cheerful names like "The Griffin" "Red Lion" or "The Plough and Harrow" are found dotted around the country lanes all over the place. The warm glow of yellowish light can be seen for quite some distance at dusk, and ... [Read Article]
