Super C wide front?

I have been on the look-out for a Super C wide front as my next project. I found one in my state and I have a picture of it. I can see from the phot that it is a Super C, even though it has C emblems and it is advertised as a regular C. I can also see it has a wide front, with the tire rods in the front. My question is, did any one make an after market wide front for the C series? Are the tie rods up front any indication that it is factory? I really would not be interested if the wide front is not IH. I called the seller, but the sales man didn't know to much about it. I would appreciate any thoughts, the tractor is priced a little more than I want to spend, it has a woods mower under it. Thanks
