Fred: From what I can see I believe your rake is much newer than some are suggesting. I have a couple of questions. Does it have two caster wheels on back? Does the raking reel have 3 bars or 4? Is there a crank just below the lever for height of reel? Does that crank change the angle of the teeth?

If that is a 4 bar rake they were and excellent machine but not many were ever produced. Most were built in the late 30s and 40s.
