Jeff,My owners manual says close both adjustment screws then back the main fuel adjusting screw out 2 1/2 to 3 rounds,Thats the large one down low,Than back the Idle adjusting screw out 1 1/2 to 2 rounds.Thats the small screw on the front of the carb up high.The one sticking out sideways near the top is the throttle stop screw.Hope this helps,Chris in SeMo.
