Farmall 140 Value?

Looking at a 1976 Farmall 140 that has fresh paint, half-worn rear tires, deluxe seat, single point hitch, cultivators and fertilizer attachment. Appears to be in tip-top cherry condition. The owner wants $6000. That sounds sky high. What have you seen similar 140's getting lately?? Thanks in advance, Bill Batten
