Farmall 200 value

I have a chance to buy a '54 model 200. It's been sitting up for 5 yrs. New front tires, great rears, overall a good looking tractor. Problem is, transmission was jumping out of 2nd gear, and the pinion bearing went out. He has the top off the tranny. 2nd gear is worn nearly slick and the pinion bearing is gone but all the other gears look good. What should I offer, and any ideas how much it'll cost to fix it?
