Super M would have come with 4" flat tops, if you change sleeves and pistons in Super M block you can go to 4 1/8 inch bore. Not sure what you mean, new sleeves vs total overhaul. Total overhaul to me would be sleeve and piston kit, new rod, man and cm bearings, new gaskets everywhere, valve job also. I don"t think I would go with used pistons and new sleeves. If sleeves are worn out and they are steel would thing that pistons would wear more being aluminum.
