354898 is probably the block's casting number, not serial number. That would be correct for a 1952 Super A or Super C (still a replacement block for this tractor). The casting number is behind the oil filter, the serial number is on a machined flat above the distributor (with prefix FAAM or FCM depending on what it came from).
