ok the story is I had got the wrong fuel filters so I swapped them for som cav filters probably $60.00 cheaper, but he never offered a refund and I felt i had got some good info and was happy. He also showed me a Kevlar clutch for front end loader work that is suppose to last a lot longer I went to another shop like Your guys Napa to get a thrust bearing for the clutch as it was $40.00 cheaper than at the International dealership. The people there asked me for a credit app and made me pay cash for the part, yer like I carry cash so gave them a credit card. I told them I was angry as our family has been farming here 110 years, and the $8.00 an hour attendants acted superior I doubt if i will go back there rather pay more at the Case IH dealership for the service. A dealership provoides an important service many of us are not prepared to acknowledge and by buying cheaper parts from non dealerships we are really screwing ourselves in the end
