Hi Mac, i have worked for a farm machinery dealer for 11 years and i do some repair in my shop for farmer near me. Many Ih and Case industrial tractor have same basic frame and engine then farm tractor, often the farm dealer can't order industrial parts and when the farm tractor part is the same, we place that part on the machinery. I will check with my dealer for a clutch and pressure plate number for the 380B and send you a reply Bernard le mécano Québec Canada
