300 Pump

I have acquired a used (but tested like new) hydraulic pump for my 300U.....seems mine is rather low on pressure (50 years old of course and never removed)and its SLOW at the loader.
I plan on changing it out tomorrow if possible.Any surprises I may run into? I need to reuse my current gear because the other pumps gear is damaged at the keyway and is sloppy back/forth.
