International Quick Hitch

I"m looking at an International 240. It has a quick hitch with the inserts to convert to a three point.

Are there any limitations or negatives to this setup versus a standard three point hitch? Would the availability of implements be limited in any way? It seems that the sideways swing is less on the quick hitch.

Actually I sort of like the way the quick hitch has the external lift cylinder. Are there any positives to this set up? How is the lift strength on this compared to a standard three point? It seems that there may be more pressure on the lift side (left) than on the the other. I"m not sure if this is significant?
