Sleeves? I don't know. The engines in the 460/560/706?? or C221/263/301 were also Black Diamond engines, I think. C301 is sleeveless. Service manual says that the "early" 221/263 had sleeves, "late" sleeveless -- guess you won't know until you look. I bought a Sealed Power kit for my C221 460, and had the machinest put the sleeves in. He said he had to peel the old ones out, meaning I would have had problems if I tried it myself, due to lack of proper equipment. Most good parts places/machine shops have parts manuals that go back to the beginning of time, I imagine parts are readily available. Don't know if I call NAPA one of those or not, depends on the individual store.
