that is a C32 loader made for the C-S/C tractors the pipe across the top is your reserve oil reservoir for the hydraulics, a hose runs from it to the fill pipe on your touch control reservoir, you should get the remote hyd, valve that bolts to the side of the touch control unit to run the boom cylinders, if the valve isnt included you will need to install some other type of valve in the system to get things to work. I have one on a C and it works quite well. it also came with a blade that would bolt on in place of the bucket so you could plow snow or push dirt around it"s made to be angled so you could roll snow to the side.
