steel wheel farmall?

I know where an old tractor is that i believe is a farmall on all steel wheels. What models were made on all steel? the ownere says it runs but has been parked for 10 years. I know it ran when parked because i saw it before it was parked. Seems to be in good condition and complete. He wants $1000 for it. As stated I do not know what model it is.But would this be a good price for any model farmall on all steel??
