hi from what i understand if you put cotton picker drops on tractor it will go backwards some of them ran tractor that way on cotton pickers if you want to run the tractor normaly you reverse the ring gear in rear end and by doing that you have to put shift forks on opposite side, thus shifter on right side or so i am told pete
