Hi Hugh , Thanks ! I wasn't going to go for it but I didn't get any of the post hole diggers I wanted and hay elevators and balers where made of platinum today so when the bidding slowed up at about $250 I bid against the scrap buyer and got it for $300 . It turns out I measured it wrong . It's a 18' disk with 19" ( worn down 20" ) blades . The blades are worn but still in good shape otherwise , not all bent and broken like the ones on the 20 something foot JD that sold like it was packed full of gold . The thing was trash and still brought a $1000 . I think I got a good deal but the spike harrow I took to sell sold for $10 less than I paid for it . Oh well ! Maybe I have to come to terms with the fact that the things I want are just expensive . And if I think I know how much they are worth that I should add roughly 40% to that and I may be close to what things will sell for . Take care ...Randy

Elliott said while this
