one more 454 hydraulic question, power steering

Ok, I have one more question on this 454, I had a squelling/ whining noise after using a box blade, I pulled the filter, and it was dirty, I dont believe it got to the inside of the MCV because the inner screen {a bypass filter-screen?} was really clean, any way the oil had some water in it I guess because the oil was milky, I let it drain for 2 days and refilled, now the 3 point works good no squelling , goes up fast and stays, the loader goes up as well although it is a little jerky,, the power steering feels as if there is none, it steers very hard , air in the line? I turned the wheel a LOT stop to stop,even drove it around in circles in the meadow, {I think I know how they make the crop circles} and no difference, I saw a leak at the PS cylinder, and tightened it, while I had the wrench down there I disconnected the fitting a little to "bleed" air came out, but it didnt make a difference , any ideas, is there a valve sticking somewhere, I am ready to sell it, would i be able to get like 3000-3200 out of it with the PS acting like this?
gasser, needs exhaust manifold as well, some othere TLC,, thansk pat
